I grew up in a place where people mean what they say and say what they mean. My dad made sure of that—and it’s exactly how I approach my work as a Bradenton REALTOR®.
 
Originally from Bristol, on the Virginia/Tennessee line in a valley where the Appalachian (or AppaLATCHian, depending on who you ask) and Blue Ridge Mountains meet, I bring that same straightforward, honest approach to real estate in Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and Sarasota.
 
After falling in love with Florida in 2009, my family and I spent over a decade on Anna Maria Island before settling in Bradenton. I know this area not just as an agent, but as someone who’s lived it.
 
I work with both buyers and sellers, including those navigating the challenge of buying and selling at the same time. From condos to luxury homes, I stay focused on the details, keep things moving, and make sure you have the information you need to make confident decisions.
