Today, most single-family homes sell from the low $400,000s into the mid- to upper $500,000s, while townhomes generally fall in the $200,000s, making Sabal Harbour an attractive option for first-time buyers, families, downsizers, and anyone looking for a well-established neighborhood with reasonable HOA fees.
Sabal Harbour has the look of many well-built East Bradenton neighborhoods from the early 2000s. When I in the neighborhood recently to look at a couple of homes, I noticed kids riding bikes and scooters, basketball hoops in driveways, and people enjoying the playground. I can't tell you who lives there, but I can tell you it felt like a neighborhood where people were outside enjoying it.
Sabal Harbour doesn't get the attention that some of the newer East Bradenton communities receive, but that's part of what makes it appealing. It is one of those neighborhoods that's easy to overlook because it isn't flashy. But if you're looking for a well-kept neighborhood with amenities, reasonable HOA fees, and a convenient location, it's worth a drive through.
